We just concluded a very difficult special session where the $880 million dollar budget deficit was closed with a combination of cuts, sweeping account reserves and fee increases. While I am pleased we were able to accomplish this by working together, I am well aware this is only a temporary solution and we will have a much tougher session in 2011. I hope you will stay involved and stay in touch.
